OnMemo (formerly Beyond Memo) Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how OnMemo, formerly known as Beyond Memo (the "App"), handles information when you use the App. OnMemo is developed and provided by Coolpisoo / 삼안 ("we," "us," or "our").
1. Overview
OnMemo is a local-first Android memo utility that lets you display selected notes on the lock screen or over other apps. You can use the App without creating an account. We do not operate an OnMemo-operated server that receives or stores your memo content.
2. Information Stored on Your Device
The following information may be stored locally on your device so the App can work:
- Memo titles and content
- The selected memo, memo order, and display state
- Appearance settings such as color, theme, text size, opacity, width, and position
- App preferences, onboarding state, and permission or consent choices
This locally stored information is used to provide the App's features. The App does not send your memo content to a server operated by us.
3. Third-Party Services
The App includes Google services for advertising, consent management, usage analytics, and crash diagnostics:
Google AdMob and User Messaging Platform (UMP)
The Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect, process, or share information such as your IP address (which may be used to estimate general location), interactions with the App and advertisements, diagnostic information, and device, advertising, or app-set identifiers. Google may use this information to provide and measure advertisements, perform analytics, prevent fraud, and maintain service security.
The App uses Google's User Messaging Platform to request consent and present privacy choices where required. Ads may be personalized or non-personalized depending on your region, consent choices, device settings, and Google's policies. When available, you can review privacy choices from the App's settings. You can also manage or reset your advertising identifier in Android settings.
Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics
Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics may process App usage events, installation identifiers, App and device information, crash traces, and diagnostic data. We use this information to understand general App usage, diagnose failures, and improve reliability. The App does not attach your memo titles or memo content to Analytics or Crashlytics events.

4. Android Permissions
Depending on your Android version and the features you use, the App may request the following permissions:
- Display over other apps: Shows a selected memo on the lock screen or above other apps.
- Notifications: Displays service status or feature-related notifications.
- Exact alarms: Supports time-sensitive memo display or scheduling where enabled.
- Foreground service: Keeps the lock-screen memo feature operating reliably when active.
- Run at startup: Restores enabled memo behavior after the device restarts.
- Internet and network state: Loads advertisements and communicates with Google Analytics, Crashlytics, and consent services.
You can review or revoke permissions in Android settings. Revoking a permission may prevent the related feature from working.
5. Backup and Device Transfer
The App excludes its local data from Android cloud backup. If you use Android's device-to-device transfer feature, Android may copy local App data to your new device as part of the transfer you initiate.
6. Retention and Deletion
Local memos and settings remain on your device until you delete them, clear the App's storage, or uninstall the App. Because we do not maintain a OnMemo account or memo server, we do not hold a server-side copy of your memo content. Information processed by Google services is retained according to Google's applicable policies and settings.
7. Sharing and Sale
We do not sell your memo content or App settings. We do not share memo content with advertisers. Google services may process or share advertising, analytics, consent, and diagnostic information as described above and in Google's privacy documentation.
8. Children
OnMemo is a general-audience utility and is not specifically directed to children. We do not ask users to create an account or submit memo content to us. Where parental consent is required by applicable law, a parent or guardian should supervise use of the App and device privacy settings.
9. International Processing
Google may process information in countries other than the country where you live, subject to Google's legal bases and data-transfer safeguards.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the App, third-party services, or legal requirements change. The revised policy will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.

2. 기기에 저장되는 정보
앱 기능 제공을 위해 다음 정보가 사용자의 기기에 저장될 수 있습니다.

- 선택된 메모, 메모 순서 및 표시 상태
- 색상, 테마, 글자 크기, 투명도, 너비, 위치 등의 표시 설정

3. 제3자 서비스
앱은 광고, 동의 관리, 이용 분석 및 오류 진단을 위해 Google AdMob, Google User Messaging Platform(UMP), Firebase Analytics 및 Firebase Crashlytics를 사용합니다.
Google AdMob 및 UMP
Google Mobile Ads SDK는 IP 주소(일반적인 위치 추정에 사용될 수 있음), 앱 및 광고 상호작용, 진단 정보, 기기·광고·앱 세트 식별자 등을 수집, 처리 또는 공유할 수 있습니다. Google은 광고 제공과 측정, 분석, 부정행위 방지 및 서비스 보안을 위해 해당 정보를 사용할 수 있습니다.
앱은 필요한 지역에서 동의 및 개인정보 선택 사항을 제공하기 위해 Google UMP를 사용합니다. 광고의 개인 맞춤 여부는 사용자의 지역, 동의 선택, 기기 설정 및 Google 정책에 따라 달라질 수 있습니다. 제공되는 경우 앱 설정에서 개인정보 선택 사항을 다시 확인할 수 있으며, Android 설정에서 광고 식별자를 관리하거나 재설정할 수 있습니다.

4. Android 권한
- 다른 앱 위에 표시: 잠금화면 또는 다른 앱 위에 선택한 메모를 표시합니다.
- 알림: 서비스 상태 또는 기능 관련 알림을 표시합니다.
- 정확한 알람: 활성화된 경우 시간에 맞춘 메모 표시 또는 예약 기능을 지원합니다.
- 포그라운드 서비스: 활성화된 잠금화면 메모 기능이 안정적으로 동작하도록 합니다.
- 부팅 시 실행: 기기 재시작 후 활성화된 메모 동작을 복원합니다.
- 인터넷 및 네트워크 상태: 광고를 불러오고 Google 분석, 오류 진단 및 동의 서비스와 통신합니다.
Android 설정에서 권한을 확인하거나 철회할 수 있습니다. 권한을 철회하면 관련 기능이 작동하지 않을 수 있습니다.
5. 백업 및 기기 이전
앱의 로컬 데이터는 Android 클라우드 백업에서 제외됩니다. 사용자가 Android의 기기 간 이전 기능을 직접 이용하는 경우 Android가 이전 과정에서 로컬 앱 데이터를 새 기기로 복사할 수 있습니다.
6. 보관 및 삭제
로컬 메모와 설정은 사용자가 삭제하거나 앱 저장공간을 지우거나 앱을 제거할 때까지 기기에 보관됩니다. 당사는 OnMemo 계정이나 메모 서버를 운영하지 않으므로 메모 내용의 서버 사본을 보유하지 않습니다. Google 서비스가 처리하는 정보의 보관 기간은 Google의 관련 정책과 설정을 따릅니다.
7. 공유 및 판매
당사는 메모 내용이나 앱 설정을 판매하지 않으며, 메모 내용을 광고 사업자와 공유하지 않습니다. Google 서비스는 위 설명과 Google 개인정보 문서에 따라 광고, 분석, 동의 및 진단 관련 정보를 처리하거나 공유할 수 있습니다.
8. 아동
OnMemo는 일반 사용자를 위한 도구이며 아동을 특별히 대상으로 하지 않습니다. 당사는 계정 생성이나 메모 내용 제출을 요구하지 않습니다. 관련 법률에 따라 보호자 동의가 필요한 경우 보호자는 앱 사용 및 기기 개인정보 설정을 감독해야 합니다.
9. 국외 처리
Google은 관련 법적 근거 및 데이터 이전 보호조치에 따라 사용자의 거주 국가 외 지역에서 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다.
10. 방침 변경
