1. 수집하는 정보
shoong은 사용자 계정 가입을 제공하지 않으며, 이름, 이메일 주소, 전화번호, 연락처, 사진, 파일, 정확한 위치 정보와 같은 개인정보를 직접 요구하지 않습니다.
앱은 게임 플레이를 위해 다음 정보를 사용자의 기기 안에 로컬로 저장할 수 있습니다.
- 최고 점수
- 배경음 설정
- 오늘 남은 도전 횟수와 보상 상태
- 선택한 언어
- 랭킹용 닉네임, 국가, 플레이어 식별자
- 서버 전송에 실패한 랭킹 기록의 재시도 정보
랭킹 기능을 사용하는 경우 다음 정보가 개발자 서버로 전송 및 저장될 수 있습니다.
- 사용자가 입력한 닉네임
- 사용자가 선택한 국가 코드 및 국기 표시 정보
- 최고 점수, 성공 횟수, 완벽 성공 횟수, 플레이 시간
- 앱 버전, 플랫폼(Android 또는 iOS), 언어 설정
- 앱 설치별로 생성되는 랭킹용 플레이어 식별자 및 공개 표시 코드
- 랭킹 부정행위 방지와 서버 보안을 위한 실행 토큰, 요청 해시, 무결성 검증 결과
국가 정보는 사용자가 직접 선택하는 값이며, GPS 등 정확한 위치 정보는 수집하지 않습니다.
2. 광고 및 제3자 SDK
shoong은 추가 도전을 제공하기 위해 Google AdMob 보상형 광고를 사용합니다. Google Mobile Ads SDK는 광고 제공, 광고 성과 측정, 분석, 보안 및 부정행위 방지를 위해 일부 정보를 자동으로 수집하거나 공유할 수 있습니다.
Google의 안내에 따르면 Google Mobile Ads SDK는 다음과 같은 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다.

- 앱 실행, 탭, 동영상 광고 시청 등 사용자 상호작용 정보
- 앱 및 SDK 성능 관련 진단 정보

3. 랭킹 및 앱 무결성 검증
shoong은 월드 랭킹 기능과 점수 조작 방지를 위해 개발자 서버를 사용합니다. 랭킹 서버는 사용자가 저장한 닉네임, 국가, 최고 기록과 앱 설치별 플레이어 식별자를 저장합니다.
Android에서는 Google Play Integrity API, iOS에서는 Apple App Attest를 사용하여 요청이 정상 앱에서 발생했는지 확인할 수 있습니다. 이 과정에서 기기 또는 앱 무결성 검증에 필요한 토큰, 키 식별자, 검증 응답, 요청 해시 등이 개발자 서버 또는 해당 플랫폼 제공자에게 전송될 수 있습니다. 이 정보는 랭킹 부정행위 방지, 보안, 서비스 안정성 확인 목적으로 사용됩니다.
4. 정보 사용 목적
shoong은 수집하거나 저장하는 정보를 다음 목적으로 사용합니다.
- 최고 기록 표시
- 배경음 설정 유지
- 일일 도전 횟수 관리
- 언어 설정 유지
- 월드 랭킹 표시 및 기록 갱신
- 랭킹 부정행위 방지
- 앱 오류 확인, 보안, 서비스 안정성 유지

5. 정보 보관 및 삭제
기기 안에 저장되는 게임 데이터는 사용자가 앱 데이터를 삭제하거나 앱을 삭제할 때 함께 삭제될 수 있습니다.
랭킹 서버에 저장된 닉네임, 국가, 플레이어 식별자, 최고 기록은 랭킹 기능 제공을 위해 보관됩니다. 사용자는 앱 안에서 닉네임과 국가를 변경할 수 있으며, 랭킹 데이터 삭제를 요청하려면 개인정보 문의 이메일로 연락할 수 있습니다.
앱을 삭제하거나 재설치하면 기기 안의 플레이어 식별자가 삭제될 수 있습니다. 이 경우 기존 랭킹 기록과 새 설치를 자동으로 연결하지 못할 수 있습니다.
광고 ID는 Android 또는 iOS 설정에서 재설정하거나 제한할 수 있습니다. Google, Apple 및 AdMob에서 처리하는 정보의 보관 및 삭제는 각 제공자의 개인정보 처리방침과 광고 설정에 따릅니다.
6. 아동의 개인정보
shoong은 만 13세 미만 아동을 주 대상 사용자로 설계되지 않았습니다. 개발자는 사용자의 이름, 연락처, 계정 정보와 같은 개인정보를 직접 수집하지 않습니다.
향후 아동을 대상으로 서비스를 제공하거나 관련 국가의 법령상 추가 요건이 적용되는 경우, 필요한 보호 조치와 고지 및 동의 절차를 반영하겠습니다.
7. 보안
shoong은 랭킹 및 광고 관련 통신에 HTTPS 등 암호화된 전송 방식을 사용합니다. 다만 인터넷을 통한 전송 또는 전자적 저장 방식이 절대적으로 안전하다고 보장할 수는 없습니다.
랭킹 기능은 실행 토큰, 점수 검증, Play Integrity, App Attest 등 부정행위 방지 장치를 사용할 수 있습니다.
8. 국가별 제공
초기 출시에서는 동의 관리 기능이 준비될 때까지 EEA, 영국, 스위스 지역에서 앱 제공을 제한할 수 있습니다.
9. 변경 사항
본 개인정보처리방침은 앱 기능, 광고 SDK, 랭킹 기능, 법적 요건 변경에 따라 업데이트될 수 있습니다. 중요한 변경 사항이 있는 경우 앱 또는 스토어 등록정보를 통해 안내하겠습니다.
